Capabilities

We pride ourselves on our ability to design parts and process sheet metal using state of the art technology and equipment. We can accept part file drawings or create our own 3D part files using Solid Works. Our capital investments allow us to do both 2D and 3D laser cutting, CNC punching/shearing, automated panel/parts bending, press brake forming, shallow stampings, tig welding, robotic MIG welding, resistant welding, automated weld clean-up, complete assembly, and testing of finished products.

We specialize in stainless, galvanized, and cold roll steel, but we source other types of thinner gauge material as well. We can form up to 11 gauge and our lasers can cut up to 1/4" thick mild steel.
